Unable to release borrowed license

Hi,
I have one license of V-Ray for Max 2018. We setup up the license server on one PC that has since died & put the licence server on a new one. However, for some reson V-Ray render is set as a borrowed license on the dead PC and i'm unable to release this license for use on the new server. There doesn't seem anyway to release this through the web portal. Is someone at chaos able to do this for me?

Hello, the only way to release the license in such cases is from our side. Open a new support ticket and provide the email address associated with the licenses so we could find and release the borrowed license.
