Can´t find our three V-Ray single Licences at the Licence Server

Hello,

since Tuesday this week, we cannot work with our Vray Single licenses.
The Premium one works fine. I can find the three singles in my account under my products but they don't appear on the licence server.
Vray can't render on the workstations and I got the error: "Could not obtain a license (1002): 1002: All the licenses for this product are currently engaged".
The ticket I opened with the Code #49307 unfortunately was automatically set from urgent to normal, but it's still urgent! We greatly appreciate your help and looking forward to your reply.

the support team solve the problem.
Perhaps an administrative issue, I don´t know. Now everything works like a charm.
