Cosmos problem

Oi pessoal, adquiri o corona renderer para 3DMAX e quando clico no ícone do cosmos aparece uma mensagem de erro "CAN NOT OPEN THE COSMOS BROWSER, BECAUSE COSMOS SERVICE IS NOT RUNNING". Alguém consegue me ajudar a resolver? Já li a pagina help do cosmos, atualizei o arquivo instalo, e não resolveu...
