Chaos licensing - Failed to get license for product Corona for C4D

Hello,

My Corona C4D license disappeared from the server "no license available".
When I try to connect to the server from Cinema 4D, an error 197 appears with the message "There are no available licenses of this type on the ChaosGroup License Server"'
I have been a Corona customer since 2019 and so far auto-renewal has not been a problem.
I am currently using version 8 (hotfix 1) for Cinema 4D, installed since July 27, 2022

The amount of the monthly license was debited from my bank account on August 26, 2022. And again this morning I received an email from Chaos confirming that the money had been received.

I sent an email to support yesterday afternoon, with screenshots to support, but I still have no answer, nor a solution to this problem.

I have to return images to a client on Monday!

Yes, he sent me an email at the end of the morning and the problem is solved.
