Corona Licence Issue

Hi,

We are having an issue with some of our licences missing, this was resolved last month but has happened again. I have raised a couple of support tickets over the last few of days and have received no response. It has led us to having to buy a couple more licences as it is affecting our ability to hit deadlines. Please can someone look into this issue as a matter of urgency as I'm getting no response from support, the ticket number is 56450
