Corona License disappeared from License Server and my.chaos.com/licenses

Hi,

I have a licensing issue. My active license for Corona Renderer disappeared from my License Server and is not visible at my.chaos.com/licenses either. Latest successful renewal of the license was just a couple of days ago. Everything was working fine yesterday. This pretty royally screwed me over because this halted a customer project and apparently support is not available over the weekend.

Since the license is not visible on my.chaos.com, I suspect this is a server side issue. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue ASAP would be highly appreciated.

If you want such issues to be resolved as fast as possible submit support tickets. The public forum is not a place to share the required account information for the resolving of such cases.
