  • Online license server not releasing license

    Hi all,

    I'm trying to use our 3dsmax Vray floating license on another office pc, I have my deskto pc working fine (PC13, this shows up under the online license, but as soon as I close 3dsmax down and open it on one of the server slaves (PC101), the online license still shows as PC138.

    Anyone know what's going on?

        Hi kostadin.botev, we have raised a ticket over 5 days to merge our 2 accounts to simplify the licensing, so far we are getting nowhere with Sevina in your tech support, she has a suffix of customer excellence, we haven't received this with this request.

        We would really appreciate any help,

                  Hi kostadin.botev,

                  Could I get you to add our new merged account to the Vantage beta licence, we had it before from s.balabanov, alas I'm getting no responses from either tech support or this contact.

                  We need the beta this week as Anima works correctly, we have a major tranch of work which now is becoming critical. At the moment 1.8.5 doesn't allow a successful workflow from 3dsmax & anima to vantage standalone.

                    Currently there is a backlog after the migration so you may expect delay in response from the support teams that are dealing with those kind of requests. Tech support cannot help with that so please be patient.

                        Those kind of requests are handled by the sales operations team I'm afraid I can't help. They are under heavy load currently I`m sure they will respond if you have submitted ticket.
