chaos licence not working

Hey everyone!
I have a monthly V-ray subcription for 3dsMax and since last time of payment it stopped working. My Render Setup doesn't show that my licence is not woking, but it doesn't show anything. Also all my V-ray Materials are black.
Do you think it is a problem on the chaos licence? I read some of you had the same issue, how much time did it take for chaos to resolve the problem?
