No License available

I've no license available from yesterday. None of Vray works and I have raised a ticket this morning but I have not had a response.

My ticket is 127518

Thanks Tomek,

Unfortunately it was zscaler that was the cause of the problem. The company had just recently installed this and problem saw my license as threat so it got removed?? Had to disable for the license to work.

Hello,

http://localhost:30304/ is not responding where I used to activate my licence.

On my computer, no firewall installed, no antivirus I also re installed chrome to see any cache problems, I have both corona and vray licence but both doesn't work . I uninstalled the vray and chaos server, then installed the newest ones from the chaos website but still can't register. Also at the end of the chaos server setup it gave an red written error to install manually licence. I tried stop the chaos server delete the ssl folder and start again but it doesnt work either.
Can someone let me know what to try next before support contacts me?

I recommend you open a ticket in our system, so we can further help with your issue.
It seems that the license server is not started for some reason, and we will need to check why?
Sometimes after a Windows update the license server components are changed and need to be fixed.
