activate the trial license

I have followed the steps to activate the trial license (from: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/a.../5147044693393) but it is not working. When I check the install by going to the address http://localhost:30304/ , the web page responds with "This site cannot be reached". I have checked my firewall settings but nothing is blocked. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the license server, but it is still not working.

How do I get the trial license activated?
