License not working for all windows users

Hi!
when I start my computer and login to a windows user, the license works fine, the issue accrue when I keep the user logged or logout the current user and try log to another user, the license is not picked and I have to restart the computer and make sure I login the needed user.

Please mention the exact user and the steps you took. Also, please send us a screenshot of the issue.
In case you are trying to use the license server 6.0.0 and above with different users, we recommend going back and installing the previous version of the Chaos license server 5.5.5,
which will work with all users on your machine:
