I opened a trouble ticket on this. (#256835)
All of a sudden our licenses that expired on Jun 12 have become inactive, even through they were renewed and already paid for through our reseller. I have sent a note to them as well, but I checked with them a few days ago because the licenses server was saying they would expire. They said they would be automatically renewed by your system, and that your system always showed that they would expire even when they were to be renewed.
So now I am unable to complete my job that is delivering today Jun 13.
Why can't renewals work seamlessly? This makes no sense.
Can you please immediately activate these licenses please? Thank you.
