V-Ray Premium License completely disappeared from my account and local system. Can't get my renders going

  • V-Ray Premium License completely disappeared from my account and local system. Can't get my renders going

    Everything was working fine until yesterday -then my license completely disappeared from the system. It's suppose to expire in May of 2025. I need to get renders out the door and I'm still waiting on a reply for my open ticket. Anyone else having the same issue?

      I got a reply but my problem was not solved. She found the problem but did not reactivate my currently activated product. I am still unable to render and I am now 2 days behind schedule. Please advise.

        Is there a more direct method to reach a person via chat or call? I have less than a day to finish my renders now because of the glitch in the system.
