Unable to release borrowed license

I have license of V-Ray for Max and Vatage . I setup up the license server on one PC that has since died & put the licence server on a new one. However, for some reson V-Ray render is set as a borrowed license on the dead PC and i'm unable to release this license for use on the new server. There doesn't seem anyway to release this through the web portal.

i have the same issue.
I have mistakenly deactivated my existing server and clicked on borrow license - since the enscape could not sign in. Now the server version is showing as unknown. I cannot do anything. I tried methods to show the server as active. but a new server was showing , but the old server which has the software is still inactive. I want to just be able to release the stuck software.
