No licenses available - URGENT

Hi, we have 2 tickets for this topic since yesterday and still no answer. We have a lot of Vantage licenses not working. It is becoming really critical problem for us not being able to render.

The licenses are visible in the web portal but the license manager(s) still says "No licenses available". All recomended troubleshooting in the Docs and the FAQs has been done without success. Assigning the license to local users from the web portal is not possible since it says there is no licenses available to assign.

Please HELP!!! Any help is greatly appreciatted!!!!

I have the same problem and have 1 Ticket. Nothing heard from Chaos....!!

What is going on Chaos? 1 WEEK, asking for help, not being able to use my licenses. All Chaos support have done is "Is the issue still happening?" and "Have you contacted your reseller?" and NOTHING else. It is really disappointing.

I have the same problem and ticket as well. It would be decent thing for Chaos to open licenses for everyone until they got this fixed. Today's anti-piracy policy has gone too far. It is harming mostly the paying customers.
