Licensing problem - cannot use V-ray

I cannot load my V-ray license due to not being able to connect to the Chaos License Server (http://localhost:30304/). I have followed all support advice for this and I am getting nowhere. I have a support ticket number - 301632, which I put in last Friday. I have even tried disabling my firewall, but this doesn't work either.
I have even tried to borrow licenses, but I cannot connect to the Chao License server to enable this.
I have urgent renders to finish and my client is threatening to go to another company to finish these, so I will be losing out financially. Please help asap.

I had the same problem and it was solved just a moment ago. The support asked me to do these and after that it worked again: I have no Idea what they do, but it worked. You have to run these on MS DOS style command prompt which has to be started as administrator. For some reason these cannot be pasted here as text.
