  • URGENT - No licenses after transferring them to our new Chaos profile

    Hello,

    We have an urgent problem related to licensing. We had to migrate our licenses to a new Chaos profile. The support agent that handled this matter and who I have been in contact with regarding the migration said that the licenses have been successfully transferred. Unfortunately, it seems that something broke and now 3ds Max says that we don't have any V-Ray licenses.

    I logged into the new Chaos profile to check what's the situation and when I click on "My Products" I get an error: "We couldn't load your products." (screenshot attached).

    ​Please contact me ASAP to resolve this as we have urgent jobs to deliver. Thanks!

    We managed to somehow solve this problem. We logged into our Chaos profile through the "Manage Chaos License Server" button in 3ds Max and now the licenses seem to work fine. I'm still bewildered why we were getting that error when logging through the Chaos website directly.
