  • Trial & Full License Issues

    I got an Enscape trial license to check out the software and decided to buy the fixed user license to use all the features before the trial expired. Both trial and full licenses show up in my account, however whenever I run Enscape it uses the trial license which locks me out of exporting to web. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the licensing service and the Revit plugin to still have the problem occur.

    Am I missing something to remove the trial license altogether or tell the licensing service to use the full license? I have already set out a ticket, but have not heard back and am on a deadline to get these views exported and hoping it's something I can address.

    Update: For a temporary workaround I borrowed the license for offline use and disconnected from the internet to get it working and was successful in using the software. I hope this will likely no longer be an issue once the trial expires.
