localhost:30304 can't be reached

As per title.

I've had a license for two months without issue, last night I was rendering without issue. Restarted my PC today and now I cannot get a license. I've uninstalled everything, deleted all files related to Chaos etc and reinstalled, restarting in between. I'm at my wits end trying to find out why, literally nothing has changed on my computer since yesterday. Unfortunately I am very pressed for time as I have a final delivery that I need to have rendered by tomorrow morning.

check if the chaos license server is running in your task manager, if it isn't go to start and type start chaos license server.


go into your web browser and type localhost:30304 and see if you can get to the license server login page.
