cant access license server

Hi I moved my computer to a different location when I tried to access my license server I get this screen. Any way I can reactivate with new location. I uninstall the license server and reinstall also I delete C:\Users\Frank Collazo\AppData\Roaming\Chaos VRL service folder still doesnt work. What can i do?
