transffering solo license to a new machine

hello

I am trying to transfer a solo license (from a now defunct computer) to a new computer. I can get vray installed, but the is no information in the tabs for vray or Gi. any ideas anyone? chaos help desk is taking too long to even acknowledge my issue

Do you have a license server installed on that machine?
