subscription was canceled, not sure what happened but I can't get past the cart to reactivate

Trying to reactivate my license and I can't get past the cart. I didn't realize what happened until going through my emails because all my invoices are gone too. I was on autopay so don't know what happened but I need my subscription back, any help would be appreciated thank you.
