Perpetual License Upgrade

I am trying to upgrade my perpetual Vray 6 Maya license to Vray 7, but I keep on getting this error message.

Hi, after updating the service license yesterday, I received information that the new service license is deactivated. ;/ Has anyone encountered this before?
