I have a V-ray license, but it won't run.

Hello.

I tried to run Vray in sketchup, but it won't run with a pop-up window like the image below.




When you enter the Chaos license server, the license appears to be active.

I've tried all the methods I've looked up on the internet, but I can't keep running V-rays.

I've tried several methods, including erasing V-rays and licenses and installing them with the latest version, logging out sketchups and chaos, erasing and reinstalling licenses, and so on.

I purchased a permanent license and used it without any problems, but suddenly this problem occurred.

This issue occurs even after updating the license server to 6.1.

I have responded to your ticket. But the issue is you most probably installed higher version of V-Ray for which you don't have licenses. You can use V-Ray NEXT with the licenses you have.
