We see you have active licenses for different V-Ray versions.
If your Chaos License Server is working behind http://127.0.0.1:30304/ and you see the green dot next to Online LIcensing, then it is possible that you try to use V-Ray 7 with one of your licenses for V-Ray Next or V-Ray 5.

If that is not the case, please use this link https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to submit a support ticket. For the Request Type, select Licensing Assistance—Installation and Configuration.

I lost my license again. It seems to be logging me out and when I log back in, I get a license back.
