Anima 6 License issue with two accounts.

Hi,

The company I work with uses one main account for all our Chaos products. However, when purchasing Anima, before is was acquired by chaos, we used my personal work email setting up the account. Now with Anima 6 it needs the chaos license server but we can't have two instances of the chaos license with two different accounts.

I saw one post about using a virtual machine on the license server machine but I'm wondering is there a way to merge the accounts? If I have to use a virtual machine then a guide for that would be useful.

Use the link in my signature to submit a ticket and chose Account management for Request type. The relevant support team will assist you.

Thanks I was able to transfer the accounts with this method.

Now I'll wait for Chaos to Fix Anima 6 because it's crashes on a bunch of people's PC's including ours.
