interface license

Hello,
I'm excited to use Vray but I got an error in Maya 2017, could not obtain an interface license (-200): Chaos group license server could not be reached.

any help is appreciated.

If that doesn't work can you please let us know what OS you are using and if you are able to reach the license server web interface at http://localhost:30304
