Double clicking RTU brings the "windows can't open this file" dialog

It's the second time I'm upgrading the dongle with a new license and I didn't remembered this problem before

S/N is match RTU file name

What program should I point to make the upgrade ?

Hello,

The dongle requires the WibuKey Runtime driver, in order to be recognised by your OS. Please download and install the latest version 6.40 from the following link:

https://www.wibu.com/downloads-user-software.html

Thank you, resintalling the latest WibuKey Runtime did fix the problem
