Vray for Revit trial

Hello,i m using Revit 2016 student version and i have downloaded the trial Vray 3.5. When i start revit and load a project, the vray options are greyed out and when i press the aqcuire license button i get an error from revit, about not being able to run an external command due to configuration errors. Please advise,

Hello,

Please open the "Revit.exe.config" file, located in C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Revit Architecture 2016, with a text editor program. Delete all duplicate sections that begin with <sectionGroup name="userSettings" and end with</sectionGroup>. Do the same for section <userSettings>...</userSettings>. There should be only one <sectionGroup name="userSettings"...</sectionGroup> and <userSettings>...</userSettings>.
