Problem with long term license
HI,
I can?t activate the Vray license when I open Sketchup and then the Vray message is: Failed to checkout V-Ray gui license. But I bought a long term license and payed it I even have received an email from Chaos with password and I can download Vray and LS.
If I go here http://localhost:30304/#/settings I see No License available and I see as account ** but my username as given by chaos group activation email is **********. This is Because my old account was ** with the trial version? Do I have to deactivate my license server and then try to log in with new account? How can I log in with the other account? I cannot see any log out botton.
The version is Vray 3.4 for Sketchup
OS Sierra 10.12.6 (16G29)
