license stopped working

Hi, please advise.
My license for (Modo Vray) stopped working (was working last week). I reinstalled the software and tried to uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the license server multiple times.
I'm getting "Vray could not initialize UI license, error code is -197".

The error message -197 means that your V-Ray license server works okay, but there isn't V-Ray license on it. We can see in our database that you were using V-Ray 3.0 for Modo version with a temporary license which expired on 2017-12-02.
In order to use your permanent V-Ray for Modo license, please open the V-Ray license server web page "localhost:30304" and click "Online licensing>Deactivate" to log out from your current user, which is tied to your temporary expired license and then click again on "Online licensing>Enable" and sign in with your username that is tied to your V-Ray 3.0 for Modo license.
