ERROR: Unable to copy temporary log file

Hello,

I have got V-ray for Sketchup Pro 2017. Few days ago I recieved ''Failed to checkout licence'' error. I wanted to uptade the license. When I try to install ver 4.5.1 , I got this : ERROR: Unable to copy temporary log file for uninstallation of V-Ray Online License Server.

I did not understand where the problem is actually.

I have an app which i probably installed before. I want to uninstall it but file destination lost. (Look uphoto1)

What should I do ?

You can uninstall completely the license server before installing the new one. If you get the same error again - click the "Ignore" button (bottom-left) on the installer. Also - make sure that you install/uninstall with an administrator account and that no antivirus or similar software is blocking the installer (McAfee often does).

I just got my long term license for VRay for Sketchup Pro 2017 and I had the same problem during the installation. I clicked on ignore but using it I can't load any material or V.ropt file from my library.

How can I fix that?
Do I have tu unistall and install back again? Thank you!
