Phoenix FD for Maya short term not working

Hello,
I have logged into my Phoenix FD license server. created a scene and it's not simulating, and no errors.

I had a license a few months ago and use it infrequently so purchase on a monthly basis.

I thought I followed all of the instructions and reinstalled to be sure I have the updates.

I'm on Windows 10.

Hi Jarrod,

Can you please make sure that you are able to access the localhost page (localhost:30304)? If you cannot access the localhost page, please download and install the latest V-Ray license server 4.5.1. from the following page:

https://download.chaosgroup.com/?product=48

If you can access the localhost and you are able to see your PhoenixFD licenses there, please try to simulate a scene once more and update us on the result.
If installing the latest License server does not fix the issue, please send us screenshots from the localhost page on support@chaosgroup.com.
