Render Error

I'm New to the Vray Group and I was about to produce a demo with the Vray Render. I installed the newer version in Maya 2018 but when I use either the original render or the IPR it won't render it just says The ChaosGroup Licence server could not be reached is there anything I missed or something? thanks

The only license associated with your e-mail that I can find is a trial license that has expired on 29 November (Trials are valid 1 month from the date you apply for them). If you have purchased a license meanwhile - please send us an e-mail at support@chaosgroup.com

ok ill see if i can upgrade to a full version but for now i also created another trial yesterday with a different account the outlook version instead of icloud. the trial i have now is the latest version the new version 6 of Vray. ill see if i can purchase the original licence instead of the trial
