Can't get PDplayer to start in windows 10x64

Help.

I can't get PDplayer to work because when I try to start the VRL service, I get a Start Error "Application requires Runtime Modules with version 5.10 or higher." what does that mean. Can anyone help me out here. Thank you.

That usually happens when you're using a new license server with old drivers in Windows. To fix it try to do a clean reinstall of WibuKey drivers:


1. Unplug the USB dongle

2. Download the attached file and rename it from "Wibu_clean_uninstall.txt" to "Wibu_clean_uninstall.bat". After that right click on it and choose "Run as administrator"

3. Restart the computer

4. Download the drivers from the link below and install them with admin rights (right-click->run as administrator):

5. Plug the dongle back in and wait until it's recognized by the OS

6. Install the latest license server - https://download.chaosgroup.com/license-server
