Vray 3.60.01 for Rhino 5 (Failed to initialize V-Ray)

I just tried to upgrade Vray 3.4 to 3.60.01. it's pointing to our Educational Lab license server. When I launch Rhino 5 (64bit) SR14, it's saying Rhino detected a new plugin... Loading - V-Ray for Rhinoceros, then a box popped up saying "Failed to initialize V-Ray".

We had similar problems with 3.60.01 of Vray for Sketchup 2018. It crashed after trying to render.. but the 3.60.02 fixed it. .

Any Suggestions?
