VRay for SketchUp VFB renders ALL BLACK, HELP!

Hi, I'm new to VRay 3.6 and when I click to render, the VFB appears and shows an all black screen even though the render says it's finished... Please help!

Hi,

Could you please make sure the camera is not inside any geometry?

Additionally, double-check the lights and, if you using IES lights, make sure the filepath is valid.

If the issue persists, could you please share the project with us so we can investigate in detail? If this is alright, please send us an archived copy (Extensions > V-Ray > Pack Project) to support@chaosgroup.com
