VRAY for Sketchup - No Licenses Available?

We just purchased "V-Ray 3 for SketchUp Workstation License x 1", and are unable to get it to work. When I log on to try to enable the license, it shows that no licenses are available. (see attached screen capture).

The Dongle "light" is flashing, because we don't have one. Do we need one? I had understood that it was possible to use VRAY online now & not require a dongle.

If the license is obtainable over the Internet and you don't have a dongle - you can disable the "Dongle" option.
Also - refresh the web page - usually the license server needs a couple of seconds to obtain information from the backend the first time you log in.
Another thing you can verify is if the user you're activated Onlinel licensing with is the same as the one you have you're commersial license associated with. If not - log off by choosing "Online licensing" -> Deactivate and log back in with the correct username from "Online licensing" -> Enable
