License engaged to old Windows installation

Hello,

due to the unforeseen circumstances, I had to do a clean Windows reinstall. When I was setting up licence server after I migrated my license from dongle to online, I've enable auto-borrowing option so that I am covered for cases of short internet connection outages. After I did Windows reinstall, I am seeing that my V-Ray license is still engaged to the old Windows install, which is already gone. It says it will expire in 4 days. Is there any way to revoke it now so that I can use V-Ray?
