Does workstation not come with render node license?

I am not sure if I understand the render node licensing correctly.

I purchased a Workstation License and an addition Rendernode License. My license server shows 1 interface and only 1 render license. When I try to use my render node it says that all licenses are engaged.

I contacted sales support and they said that all of the licenses I purchased are in my account.

Am I supposed to buy another rendernode or is sales support mistaken on this one? On the toolfarm site, they say that the workstation license includes both an interface and rendernode license.

I can indeed see the licenses - can you try Ctrl+F5 to refresh the web page and clear the cache. also - you can verify you're using the username that the purchase is associated with.
