V-Ray Plugin not working in SketchUp

Yesterday when I pressed on my render button for the V-ray plugin, a caution sign appeared saying "Failed to checkout V-Ray GUI license". I guessing that it did not allow me to open up the V-Ray app, because there was something wrong. Today when I attempted to open it up again by pressing the render button the message changed to "Failed to checkout V-Ray render license". What do I need to rectify this problem? This has impeded my workflow.
