Could not obtain license (-197)

I am not sure what to do here. Just moved from vray 3.6 to vray next and I am getting a "Could not obtain license (-197)
see the attached images.

My product is still saying V-ray for 3ds Max 3.0


Do I transfer my license or upgrade my dongle? please advise

Hello,

In case your V-Ray 3.0 for 3ds Max licenses are on the dongle please send the context.wbc file from it to sales@chaosgroup.com

Can i migrate my dongle license to the Online licensing system?

Hello,

Please mention that you want to migrate the dongle licenses in your mail to sales@chaosgroup.com

The process is automated, however in your case you might need to update the licenses on the dongle before you start with the migration.
