Is it possible to multiply the vray diffuse filter with the vray "raw global illumination", then also multiply the diffuse filter with the "raw lighting" and then add the first multiply with the second multiply?

No, in general you can't perform a*b+c*d in Pdplayer. In this specific case, though, since you are multiplying both by the same diffuse filter, you can first add raw GI with raw lighting and then multiply the result with the diffuse filter.
