help, error whit vray in maya 2010

hi all, i am Colombia and me english is bad, i have a problem, i installed the vray to maya 2010, i made the render but maya send me the next error:

V-Ray error: Could not obtain a license (10061)

how fix this error, i try reintaller the program but the problem persist, i have a license but the render's don't works, please help me :S
