.exr / footage not displaying (red status)

I'm having a problem with some renderings in PDplayer 1.0.6.25. Some EXRs simly wont display, and the layer itself has a red line/status at the bottom. Any ideas on whats causing this and how to fix it?

Usually, this happens to corrupted .exrs. Does it open with other software with .exr reading capabilities (i.e. Photoshop)? Could you send the file so we can take a look?

Hi Aleks,

the file can be read in PS and other viewers. I've found that the file opens with a later release of PDplayer. Maybe the rendering from Vray Next just isn't compatible with such an old version of PDplayer? Anyways, i've sent an exr via email for you to investigate. It would be interesting to know, which RenderElement is causing this behavior.
