How to download Chaos Player

We have a V-Ray collection subscription and now I am trying to download Chaos Player. Didn't think this was a hard thing to do, but it seems it's impossible.

I go to our products, click on download and on this screen select Chaos Player. But for host platform and release version I cannot select anything and the download button is greyed out.

How can I download Chaos Player?



ps: found it here: https://download.chaos.com/?platform=47&product=66, but someone should still fix that download section in My Chaos > Active Products.
