Cannot open multibyte name file with extension association

In Windows, if you load with Chaos Player from file right click >> "Open With" or associate the extension to Chaos PLayer, it will not be able to open files with multi-byte names.

Hi you are correct.

I tried to rename a file with multibyte letters and it is not opening.

The issue is reported in our system under CP-247 for improvement of the Chaos Player.
