support for multilayer exr

Hello,

after I convert a vrimg file to exr, using the option -multipart, pdplayer shows in the source only the main rgb.
All the other render elements are no more accessible.

I can open the exr file correctly in Photoshop, using the proexr plugin. All the elements are there.

multipart EXR is not supported in the official version on our website. That's why you can't see the render elements there. If you send us an email to support mentioning this thread we will provide you with a version that supports it.
