The Beta is over and the Official Phoenix for Maya is out! The version is 3.03 after the two Beta 1 and Beta 2 minor versions
The upgrade from Phoenix 2 is free! Also, there is the option for new clients to go with Online Licensing, and there are still the dongles as well.

We changed the naming convention so that there are no more x.05.01 and stuff - now the major versions will be 3.00, 4.00, etc; the service packs will be 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, etc; the patches will be 3.03, 3.04, 3.05 etc; and the nightlies will be 3.03.01, while the official releases will end with .00.
All new clients would get automatically access to the nightly builds at https://nightlies.chaosgroup.com/main#/phoenix3maya and everyone who already has a license can ask Support for access as well.
