  • Liquid tornado advice?

I might need to create something like this:
    https://www.shutterstock.com/de/vide...ound-beautiful
Any suggestions how I could achieve this kind of vortex/liquid tornado?
The job would be: The ingredients of a liquid product are shown, and then they'll be drawn into the bottle by that tornado. (so In case of the video it'd need to be played backwards)
We might buy the vid and rotoscope the foreground out in the end.. But I'd love to do it with phoenix.
German guy, sorry for my English.

    Hey,

One approach would be to use the setup from the Fire tornado tutorial here - https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...X/Fire+Tornado

Just change the Fire simulator with a Liquid one and use a Liquid source instead of the Fire one.

Then from the the Dynamics rollout disable the Gravity and change the Steps per frame to at least 5.

From there you can play aroud with the Vortex settings.

The other way will be to create the tornado using Pflow and then pick the particles as a source for the Liquid (again make sure to turn off the Gravity so the liquid won't fall down).

    Cheers,
